Eligibility for Returns

All orders are carefully prepared before shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Personalized and custom-made items may require additional time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our support form with your order number.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? Contact us before returning, and we’ll help you arrange an exchange if stock is available.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
